Awakening Together now has a simple way for you to turn your used electronic device into financial support for our community. Through our partnership with Phobio, you can donate eligible devices, and the value of your device will be given to Awakening Together.
This is a wonderful way to support Awakening Together without making a cash donation. It also helps keep unused electronics out of landfills by giving them a chance to be refurbished, reused, or responsibly recycled.
Phobio’s program allows supporters to select their device, receive an estimated donation value, and either print a prepaid shipping label or receive a shipping kit, depending on the options available through the donation process.
How It Works
Step 1: Find Your Device
Use the device search tool below to look for the phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or smartwatch you would like to donate.
You will be asked to choose the type of device, the brand, the model, and a few details about its condition. This helps Phobio estimate the donation value of your device.
Step 2: Review the Estimated Donation Value
Once you enter your device information, Phobio will show you an estimated value. This is the amount your device may contribute to Awakening Together after it is received and reviewed.
You are not required to continue if you decide you do not want to donate the device.
Step 3: Prepare Your Device
Before mailing your device, please follow Phobio’s instructions carefully. In most cases, this will include backing up anything you want to keep, signing out of personal accounts, turning off tracking features such as “Find My iPhone,” and resetting the device.
This step is very important because it protects your personal information and helps ensure that the device can be accepted.
Step 4: Ship Your Device
Phobio will provide instructions for shipping your device. Their donation process may include a prepaid shipping label or a shipping kit.
Please package your device carefully and mail it within the timeframe provided by Phobio.
Step 5: Your Donation Supports Awakening Together
After Phobio receives and reviews the device, the donation value will be directed to Awakening Together.
