We’re delighted to share the first session recording of Dr. Andy Schraegle’s mini course, The Bridge – Living as I AM. This free, three-session course started Sunday, November 16th. We warmly invite you to join us for the remaining two sessions on:
Session 2 – Sunday, 11/30, 1:30-2:30pm ET
Session 3 – Sunday, 12/07, 1:30-2:30pm ET
Description: This three-session mini course, led by Dr. Andy Schraegle, invites you to rest in direct experience rather than concept. Rooted in Ramana Maharshi’s teaching, “The world is illusion. Brahman is real. And the world is Brahman,” the course offers a living exploration of how divinity and humanity are not separate, but reflections of one awareness. Each gathering focuses on one line of the teaching, guiding participants from perception to realization to embodiment.
Session one invites you to see through illusion and loosen identification with striving.
Session two opens into the recognition that only Brahman, or Truth, is real.
The final session brings this realization into embodiment, remembering that all is Source, and you are the living expression of love itself.
Through reflection, dialogue, and meditative practice, participants cultivate direct awareness of their own essential nature, discovering themselves as the living bridge between humanity and divinity. In this recognition, life is no longer something to transcend, but an invitation to live as the I AM within it.

The Bridge: Living as I AM
I. The Crossing
The bridge is not between two worlds,
It is the space where love remembers itself.
Where the seeker lays down his map,
And the path dissolves beneath her feet.
II. The Unraveling
The world says, “Become,” but Truth whispers, “Be.”
And in that stillness, everything is undone.
Illusion softens like mist at dawn,
Revealing the face that was never lost.
III. The Remembering
Brahman is real, but so is this breath.
The pulse in your wrist, the ache in your chest.
Divinity is not distant, it is dressed in your skin,
Painting the sacred in every ordinary thing.
IV. The Embodiment
The bridge is you, the crossing complete.
You are the painter and the painted,
The river and the reflection,
The I that is forever becoming I AM.
-And so it is.
