This group meets weekly on Mondays at 5-7 pm ET/3-5 pm MT and all members are committed to specific assignments and practices between group meetings.

Homework Assignments for week 54:
Homework Assignment A: Final Lessons & Epilogue. After finishing the Epilogue, there will be one day off without a workbook lesson. Practice daily meditation for 20-30 minutes each day. Practice the “Loving All” Method.
