In the Awakening Together Sanctuary
On June 7th, we held our first planning meeting.
Topics explored for the retreat were:
- Death & Dying
- Grief and grieving process
- Spiritual discipline
- Enlightenment focused dyads
- Existential wounds – circling? Look at memories and allow feelings?
- Anything that brings up shadow work – identifying shadows so we can see where we’re not seeing
- Regina’s living self-inquiry guide
- Outside speaker, eg. Emeline
- Silent sitting and guided meditations
- Exploring creativity on the spiritual path
- Something somatic

- Finalize topics
- Discuss format
- Choose the number of days and dates (consecutive days or spread out)
- Select facilitators for each topic
All are welcome to attend the second planning meeting.
Come help co-create this unique retreat experience.
Retreat Cost:
- Facilitators of the retreat pay $10 per day. Facilitators are ones who choose to lead a portion of the retreat.
- Non-facilitators pay $20 per day (including a $50 non-refundable deposit).
