Beyond Unworthiness: A 7-Day Experiential Retreat to Release the “I Am Bad” Belief
What if a persistent, often unseen belief—“I am bad”—has been quietly shaping your reactions, your relationships, and your sense of ease? It can show up as stress, defensiveness, jealousy, anger, or a chronic feeling that something is wrong with you.
This 7-day retreat is an expanded, more experiential version of our original “Releasing the I am bad Belief” retreat. The emphasis is simple: practice over theory. We will return to the core practices again and again so what you discover becomes lived, not just understood.
Together we’ll work with the “I am bad / unworthy / guilty” pattern as a learned belief that can be seen clearly and released. A central daily practice will be Mind Dumps—uncensored, unedited writing that brings the mind’s looping stories into awareness, helping thoughts be recognized as thoughts and allowing the energy within them to unwind through non-resistance.
Expect a week of guided practice, reflection, supportive community, and spacious time to integrate—so you leave with practices you can continue at home and a steadier sense of inner freedom. In addition there will be optional evening opportunities for circling. Circling is a process whereby members of the circle choose to join in the intention to be as present as possible to what is actually arising in them, moment to moment.
