Freedom From the Prison of the Mind: September 28-October 2

An Online Retreat With Anne Blanchard

Monday-Friday
September 28-October 2

Teacher Angelo DiLullo describes the habit of mind identification as a kind of inner confinement. Human beings, while inherently free, can only experience that freedom to the extent they can free themselves from the prison of the mind. In order to free oneself from the bondage of mind, one must become familiar with both the “prison bars” and the “prison walls.”

The prison bars are the self-referential thoughts that play on repeat in our minds. The prison walls are the false identities which are created and reinforced by those thoughts.

In this retreat, we will learn a short, simple and surprisingly powerful practice which exposes the thoughts that make up our own sense of an imposter self and allows us to withdraw our unconscious belief in those perceptual filters.

In short, we will learn how to free ourselves from the bondage of our minds.
