We’re delighted to share the 3rd and final session recording of Dr. Andy Schraegle’s mini course, The Bridge – Living as I AM. This free, three-session course started Sunday, November 16th, 2025. Please see links below to the previous two sessions:
Description: This three-session mini course, led by Dr. Andy Schraegle, invites you to rest in direct experience rather than concept. Rooted in Ramana Maharshi’s teaching, “The world is illusion. Brahman is real. And the world is Brahman,” the course offers a living exploration of how divinity and humanity are not separate, but reflections of one awareness. Each gathering focuses on one line of the teaching, guiding participants from perception to realization to embodiment.
Session one invites you to see through illusion and loosen identification with striving.
Session two opens into the recognition that only Brahman, or Truth, is real.
The final session brings this realization into embodiment, remembering that all is Source, and you are the living expression of love itself.
This is the Poem Dr. Andy Schraegle shared with us during the third and final session:
The World Is Brahman
I stopped asking who I was supposed to become
And felt the quiet yes already breathing me.
Not above me.
Not ahead of me.
But moving as the pulse in my hands.
The field did not wait for my permission.
It was already answering.
Every thought.
Every fear.
Every prayer spoken without words.
Then I saw it.
I am not standing in the painting.
I am the hand that chooses the color,
The color that fills the brush,
And the canvas that receives it without defense.
What I call life is God trying on a heartbeat.
What I call choice is love deciding its tone.
What I call myself is the place where
Infinite potential leans forward and says yes.
And now the world no longer happens to me.
It happens as me.
Quietly.
Boldly.
Living as I AM.
-And so it is.
Through reflection, dialogue, and meditative practice, participants cultivate direct awareness of their own essential nature, discovering themselves as the living bridge between humanity and divinity. In this recognition, life is no longer something to transcend, but an invitation to live as the I AM within it.
