The dictionary definition of a “pollyanna” is “an excessively cheerful or optimistic person.” How many times have we experienced the feeling of disappointment or dismay with the outcome of what we thought would be wonderful at home, on vacation, at an event, politically, environmentally, in a child or relationship?! Then, looking back, we find ourselves grateful for how life unfolded regardless of our idea of the “perfect” this or that (plan/mate/child/situation/
Whilst wearing our favorite p.j.’s (please wear some kind of clothing LOL) in an atmosphere of infinitely gracious deLight, we’ll gently explore what we are discovering by inner listening. We may also reflect on stories from our past, actively healing/releasing known and hidden beliefs and desires. (We can let the Divine show us what stories would be helpful to take a look at.) And, we will explore what to “do” if we find our essence in the “gap zone” where we are relaxing and letting go in a given moment, then finding ourselves not fully knowing what to “do” or how to notice the quiet within and inner listen if our well-intentioned, yet slightly- confused-about-what-is-real inner voice is no longer steering the boat.
