Join us on Sunday, July 26, at 8pm ET for this month’s movie, Flatland – The Film. Based on the classic 1886 novella by Edwin Abbot, Flatland is an animated film about geometric shaped characters who live in a 2-dimensional world. A Square, an attorney-at-law, awakens from his 2-dimensional world when he meets A Sphere, who takes him to the 3-dimensional world, Spaceland.
You can watch Flatland – The Film for free on YouTube. This film is a little different than most movies that we watch, so it may be helpful to read over the Flatland PlaySheet prior to watching the film.
Some viewers may also enjoy reading the film’s plot on Wikipedia before (or after) watching the film.
