Here’s the link to the Administrator Manual. If you look at it on a desktop, hovering over the bullet marks will collapse/expand any section. Hovering over pasted images will open the image.
If using an ipad, the collapse/expand is to the right hand side (+ and -). Tap on pasted images to open them up.
2/5/19 Note: I’ve started using #new to entries that are updated or have been recently changed to make it easier for you to find new modifications. Just use the search window in Dynalist and type in #new and it will return any recent changes.
You can search for new changes by putting #new in the search window.

Another great book I bumped into by Pamela Galadriel. She’s a Course person and the book follows that. Really practical and easy to read. A real joy.
