Notes as we gather to begin:
– We take the path provided by this course as fellow students. We journey at our own pace, often solitary, checking in for companionship and to encourage one another.
– Feel free to join us at any point along the journey.
– I encourage you to keep a notebook of your notes and contemplations for personal reference. Forum posts are not permanent and are archived occasionally.
– Feel free to start a personal topic to post your contemplations and notes you would like to share. My own topic will be named something like: “Fran’s Contemplations for 500 Days with NTI”
– We have an hour set aside on Sundays (12:30 to 1:30 ET, beginning October 19, 2025 – when we will begin Day 1 together) in the Awakening Together Zoom Sanctuary: Reflecting on Our Journey: 500 days with NTI. This optional weekly opportunity will allow us to meet “in person” and look back over the previous week, discuss, and share highlights along the way.
– This self- study course provides a focus for deep practice within the context of a busy work and home schedule. The forum allows for asynchronous interaction, meaning all with a connection to the internet can participate regardless of time zone or schedule.
– Have a copy of the New Testament available to read when a bible icon appears in NTI.
– Acquaint yourself with our text. Check out both the chapter summaries at the beginning as well as the extensive index at the back. These resources are a great way to see the topics embodied in this course as we become better acquainted with our inner teacher.
