You may pay the Phase I and Phase II MPP Test Fee on this page. Once your fee is received, we will send you the applicable test at the email address used to pay the fee. If you would like the test sent to a different email address, leave a message in the message box provided by PayPal.
Note: If you prefer to send a check instead of paying online, contact us to make arrangements to pay by check.
