Day 180 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 23 (v1-25).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. Do nothing else. Continue to focus on being for the entire practice period. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Rebirth of Mother Earth
- Pay attention to your mind in this way:
(a) What thoughts do you see that you are willing to let go of? Shift attention away from those thoughts by moving attention to what’s happening now or to your sense of being.
(b) What thoughts do you see that you are not willing to let go of? Realize those thoughts represent your fear of letting go of deficiency cognition, which is the separate egoic point of view. Just be aware of this. That’s all you are asked to do.
