Day 270 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Romans 9 (v1-18).
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Be aware of your thoughts throughout the day.
(a) Notice how thought narrates your life, even though narration isn’t necessary. For example, thought might say, “I’ll brush my teeth now. Where is the toothpaste? Oh here it is.” Etc.
(b) When you see thought narrating your life, say to yourself: Thought is adding a sense of self to this experience.
