If you are attending an in-person retreat in La Veta, please be aware that the layout of the Retreat House requires participants to climb stairs several times a day. It is also important to note that we are at 7,000+ elevation. Please contact us to discuss any physical or mobility limitations and any health restrictions (e.g., heart and lung) prior to registering, so we can make sure we are able to accommodate your needs.

Retreat fee and lodging discounts are available for Sustaining Subscribers. A Sustaining Subscriber is someone who makes a regular monthly donation to help support the Retreat House. For more information about becoming a sustaining subscriber, click here.

Personal Retreats at the Retreat House in La Veta, CO: Group retreats not your thing? Would some time in silence and stillness serve you? Feel the desire for more intimate one on one time to support your journey? During times when an organized retreat is not scheduled, the Awakening Together Retreat House is open to support you in taking your next step with God. With John Mark and Cindy Stroud as the Retreat House Caretakers this year, we all have the added bonus of being able to join in awake presence with the option of one on one time to deepen your journey.
