Retreat Description
The Loving Consciousness Method of meditation and the Loving All Method practice were developed by Michael Langford as Direct Path practices that will help you awaken (end the ego illusion) in this lifetime.
At this retreat, we will practice the Loving Consciousness Method and the Loving All Method using directions written by Michael Langford. Regina Dawn Akers will introduce exercises that can help enhance mastery of the Loving Consciousness and Loving All methods.
We will also contemplate quotes from Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramana Maharshi, Muruganar, Yoga Vashistha, Margaret Coble and others. The quotes were selected by Michael Langford to support the practice of Loving Consciousness and the Loving All Method.
This retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to awaken (realize truth) in this lifetime. It is also an excellent retreat for those who are already familiar with the Loving Consciousness & Loving All methods and would like to increase mastery of these practices.
Retreat Schedule
The retreat will begin at 10am ET (8am MT) and end at 5pm ET (3pm MT) each day. A 2-hour lunch period will be provided beginning about 1pm ET (11am MT).

- Contemplate the question, “What do I think makes me special?” Sometimes you may see yourself as especially good (e.g., smarter than others) and sometimes you may see yourself as especially bad (e.g., dumber than others.) Write down any answers that come into your awareness.

- Review your list from #2 above 2-3 times during the day to bring your sense of specialness (positive or negative) more fully into awareness while remembering that awareness is curative.
