The emphasis of distinction
or importance
placed on one thing over another
separates each idea
from its source.
This act of rejection
is the cause of all pain.
Being aware of reality
is continuous focus on Source.
In this, there is no rejection,
and so there is only joy.

Holy Spirit please show me how to hear this Thought of Awakening.
The mind is constantly judging based on the source of its point of reference and that point of
reference is the false self. This self sees and labels myriad things in relation to itself, its
expectations, its desires. It accepts some things and rejects others, separating out the good from
bad, the desired from unwanted. This self has come to label things so that there become “right”
choices and “wrong” choices.

What if all things were simply labeled “Divine Expressions”? A Divine Expression expressing as a
chair. A Divine Expression expressing as a dog, an avocado, a body or a tree. In this way, all is
accepted in the moment as a gift, given from the God that is you. The Source is Divine and the
purpose of everything is your deisire. Joy and happiness come from the Oneness of seeing all
things as Divine Expressions.
