This program will replace Loving Consciousness Meditation and provides an opportunity to meditate in community with others who will to explore the Truth of what we are. During these meditations Rhoda Makled will gently guide participants through a meditation practice. Meditation practices may include any of the following, but will not be limited to a specific style:
- Being Aware of Awareness
- Do Nothing
- Self-Inquiry
- Beingness
- Radiance Sutras
- Sound
- Loving Consciousness
- Contemplation
Beginning Tuesday, August 8, 2023, this program will be in the sanctuary on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 – 8:30 am ET.
