Description: I have been blessed with a shift or two while doing the Gentle Healing Year One Curriculum. I will share a recent experience of feeling strong resistance but practicing anyway. Much of the spiritual path begins with changing the mind through insight, forgiveness, and deeper understanding. Yet all teachings eventually bring us to the edge of the thinking mind. This homily explores the quiet shift from understanding to Presence — where even the identity of “the witness” falls away and what remains is the simple awareness that belongs to God.
