Day 63 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Practice Leo’s emotion exercise with an emotion that is strong for you now or with this assigned emotion: arrogance

Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 7 minutes and practice the appreciating life meditation.
- Pay careful attention to your mind. Notice when you are thinking with thoughts of separation and say to yourself, “I see that thought, but I don’t want to be attached to it. I would rather think with the heart.” And then, relax your body and practice being the superconductor.
