Day 430 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI 1 Peter 4 (v1-6) thru (v7-11).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Loving Consciousness audio.
- Stay with this focus today:
(a) Seek out your misperceptions about who you are by noticing your fear. Some of the ways fear may be experienced are worry, stress, anxiousness, nervousness, shyness, insecurity, anger, the desire to avoid something or terror.
(b) When you notice fear, look to see what you are imagining. Notice it is imagination.
(c) Return your attention to the present moment. Practice mindfulness with the present moment.
