This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI 1 Thessalonians 5 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate with this 45-minute guided meditation, Existence-Consciousness-Bliss.
- Watch for inner peace throughout the day. When peace is interrupted by upset:
(a) Notice that isness/awareness peacefully allows upset.
(b) Ask yourself this: If isness/awareness peacefully allows upset, is peace really lost during upset, or do I simply stop noticing peace because my attention goes to the upset?
(c) See if you can place attention with the peacefulness of isness/awareness, even if the mental and emotional upset continues.
