Read NTI Philippians 4 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate with this 30-minute guided meditation, Awareness of Awareness.
- Watch what your body says and does today. If it is not aligned with your purpose:
(a) Consider shifting into a way of being that is in harmony with your spiritual purpose, or
(b) Stay with the misaligned behavior and watch it with conscious awareness.
