Read NTI Philippians 3 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Watch what your body says and does today. If it is not aligned with your purpose:
(a) Consider shifting into a way of being that is in harmony with your spiritual purpose, or
(b) Stay with the misaligned behavior and watch it with conscious awareness.
Sometime this weekend:
Watch the first 38:20 minutes of What is Consciousness? You may stop when Leo begins to answer questions about consciousness.
