- Practice Leo’s emotion exercise with an emotion that is strong for you now or with this assigned emotion from your past: defeated

Pay attention to your thoughts. Whenever you notice yourself having an upsetting thought, ask yourself this question: Where do I want to put my faith? With this or with God?
Sometime this weekend:
- Watch the following 36-minute video, How to Meditate.
- Twice this weekend, at times convenient for you, set a timer for 10 minutes and practice meditating with this guided meditation audio. (You can meditate longer, but 10 minutes is enough.)
