Day 279 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Romans 14 (v9-11) to the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- As you go about your day:
(a) Notice when your mind judges. Ask yourself: Do I want this judgment?
(b) If you realize that you don’t want it, smile, release the judgment and say: It is what it is, and that’s okay.
