Day 269 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Romans 8 (v18-25) to the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Take two 5-minute breaks during the day to watch your thoughts without doing anything else.
(a) Notice that thoughts come and go, shift and change throughout the 5-minute period.
(b) Notice isness remains changeless and constant.
(c) Ask yourself: Which am I? The thoughts that change or isness, which is constant?
