This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Romans 6 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Notice when your experience changes from one experience to another. For example, notice when you finish coffee and go take a shower; notice when you finish one task or chore and begin another; notice when a conversation ends and you turn your attention to a television show; etc. Each time your experience changes, pause:
(a) Notice that you are.
(b) Notice isness was present during the previous experience and isness is present now.
(c) Notice experiences change, but isness is changeless and constant.
