Day 256 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Acts 27 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Pay attention to notice when you feel worried, anxious, nervous, uneasy, afraid or when you want to avoid something:
(a) Discern for yourself: Is the current thinking ego-reasoning or right-reasoning?
(b) Ask: What do I want to live by? Ego-reasoning or right-reasoning?
(c) If you want to live by right-reasoning and the current thinking is egoic, let go of your thinking & ask intuition for guidance.
(d) If you want to live by right-reasoning and the current thinking is right-reasoning, trust it and follow its guidance.
(e) If you want to live by ego-reasoning, observe the result of your decision. Did it cause happiness or some type of upset/suffering?
