Day 246 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Acts 19 (v1-7) thru (v11-22).
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Be aware of how you feel. When you aren’t feeling peace, contentment or happiness:
(a) Look to see what the mind is saying. Ask yourself: Do I prefer these thoughts or peace, contentment and happiness?
(b) If you prefer peace, contentment and happiness, let go of your thinking and ask intuition for guidance throughout the day.
