Day 222 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Acts 5 (v1-11) thru (v12-16).
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. Be aware of the sounds in your environment. Be aware of the sensations in your body. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Throughout the day, be aware for egoic thinking, to include feeling confused, critical, fearful, defensive, unworthy or guilty. When you notice egoic thinking in the mind:
(a) Shift your attention to noticing you live—to noticing that you are.
(b) After noticing your isness, say to yourself: I am, and my amness is the precious gift that is God’s Will.
(c) Ask within for current moment guidance.
