This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI John 18 in full.
- Contemplate what this chapter means to you. What do you find in this chapter that is important for you? Write down the clarity that comes to you through the contemplation.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate by focusing on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Mountain Lake Ambience
- Notice when you are upset to any degree to include feeling unworthy, guilty, stressed, anxious or worried.
(a) When you notice an upset, look to see what thoughts are in your mind.
(b) When you have awareness of those thoughts, say to yourself: I am looking at the ego now.
