- Read NTI John 14 in full.
- Contemplate (v1-4). Write down the clarity that comes to you through the contemplation.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate by focusing on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Silent Forest River
- Notice when you are upset to any degree.
(a) When you notice an upset, look to see what you want right then.
(b) Ask: Am I willing to let go of this in order to experience peace, happiness and love?
