Day 189 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI John 1 (v14) to the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Tropical Waterfall
- Watch your mind for thoughts of guilt, which include but are not limited to self-judgment, expecting something bad to happen, negativity and depression. Whenever you notice you are thinking with guilt:
(a) take a deep breath & relax the body;
(b) become the superconductor, and
(c) say to yourself: I am willing to know myself as the Light.
