Day 187 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Listen to this teaching by Regina Dawn Akers to the 20:25 minute point. (You can listen to the rest of the audio if you want to.)
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. Continue to focus on being for the entire practice period. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Jungle Stream
- Watch your mind for victim thoughts, which include but are not limited to blame, offense, helplessness, and seeking sympathy. Whenever you notice you are thinking as a victim:
(a) take a deep breath & relax the body;
(b) become the superconductor, and
(c) say to yourself: I am willing to perceive with being-cognition.
