Day 185 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 24 (v1-12) thru (v13-35).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and focus on being. Continue to focus on being for the entire practice period. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Mushroom in the Rain
- Watch your mind for any kind of fear, which includes but is not limited to doubt, worry, stress, foreboding, attack and defense. Whenever you notice you are thinking from a fearful point of view:
(a) take a deep breath & relax the body;
(b) become the superconductor, and
(c) ask yourself: Do I wish to be deceived by these imaginary thoughts?
