Tomorrow:
- Practice one of the following meditation options:
~ Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, select a video from this playlist.
~ Practice one of these guided ‘Do Nothing’ meditations again: 20-minute meditation, 27-minute meditation, 34-minute meditation, another 34-minute option or 42-minute meditation. Music follows each meditation if you want to meditate longer. - Pick an exercise from the previous week to do again.
