Day 150 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Instead of reading, listen to the first 10 minutes and 30 seconds of this NTI Luke audio. (If you want to listen longer, you may.)
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Deep Healing
- When you notice you’ve shifted into the wrong mind, shift back into the right mind (which may take time) through:

- Forgiveness – Forgive yourself for slipping into the wrong mind. (Take as long as you need to with this step before moving to the next one.)
- Love – Remember your spiritual purpose, practice being the superconductor, or both. (Be willing to spend some time on this step, if needed.)
- Acceptance – Accept the situation as it is; it is as it is. Accept the thoughts that arose in your mind. You aren’t accepting them as true or correct; you merely accept that they arose in this situation. Accept their presence. Accept anything you may have said or done while in the wrong mind; that happened.
- Gratitude – Be grateful you noticed that you were in the wrong mind. Remember awareness is curative. Seeing it is important.
- Rejoicing – Be happy that you are taking this time to shift back into the right mind.
