Day 139 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Luke 8 (v19-21) to the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Wonderland
(You may always select another meditation video from this playlist.) - Pay attention to thoughts or feelings that indicate you are not good enough. It could be unworthiness, guilt, low self-esteem, lack of confidence in yourself, envy of someone else or something similar. When you notice something like that, look at your mind to see if you can see a judgment you just made about yourself.

- If you can, say this to yourself: I am willing to have faith that my judgments about myself are wrong. Next, relax and become the superconductor.
- If you can’t see a judgment that you made, say this to yourself: I am willing to see my judgments of myself. Relax for a few moments and have gratitude for your willingness.
