Tomorrow:
- Practice this guided 31-minute ‘Do Nothing’ meditation by Sunny Sharma. You may set a timer for 15, 20, or 25 minutes and stop when the timer goes off or do the entire meditation. You may also do this meditation with eyes open or eyes closed, whichever you prefer.
- Pick an exercise from the previous week to do again.
