Watch the following 34-minute video.
Tomorrow:
- Practice this 20-minute guided ‘Do Nothing’ meditation by Jeff Warren. You may set a timer for 12 or 15 minutes and stop when the timer goes off or do the entire meditation. You may also do this meditation with eyes open or eyes closed, whichever you prefer.
- Pick an exercise from the previous week to do again.
