The Loving Consciousness Method of meditation and the Loving All Method of practice were developed by Michael Langford as Direct Path practices that will help you awaken (end the ego illusion) in this lifetime.

At this retreat, we will practice the Loving Consciousness Method and the Loving All Method using directions written by Michael Langford. Rhoda Makled will introduce exercises, designed by Regina Dawn Akers, that can help enhance mastery of the Loving Consciousness and Loving All methods.
