How do we do this? Melody will explore what it means to honor her Self, and the importance of self-compassion along the path. It is clear that we must regulate the system in order to be in clarity and right thought, and why stop there? What if every moment could be, not just “I’m not upset,” but a devotional honoring of what Is? Melody has noticed that when she is the most open, she is most able to honor her Self. Kindness is a well known practice, and what about kindness to myself?
