This installment of the Sounds of Awakening program featured Rev. Yolanda, Paul Katz featuring the Bonnerville Band and Carla & Keyes, and their amazing music.

The second round of guests were married musicians Carla Lynne Hall and Jim Keyes who have performed hundreds of concerts and educational programs for schools, spiritual centers, and community events over the course of thirty years. Jim Keyes is a multi-instrumentalist, switching easily from guitar, keyboards, banjo, and ukulele, while Carla Lynne Hall sings, plays guitar and percussion. Collectively known as Carla & Keyes, they compose and produce music in their home studio in Westchester, NY.
The ongoing host of this musical program is Rev. Yolanda Mapes. She is a singer/songwriter/performance artist and interfaith minister, originally from Muscle Shoals, Alabama- The Hit Recording Capital of the World. She has been making music professionally for over 30 years, winning the NYC MAC Award twice and inducted into both the NY Blues Hall of Fame and The GLBT Hall of Fame. Rev. Yolanda and her husband Rev. Glen Ganaway are the founders of the “spiritual happening” called Church With a 2 Drink Minimum.
