The Awakening Together Retreat House Airport Shuttle ~Lovingly referred to as your AT RIDE~ picks up and drops off at the Colorado Springs airport. If you are traveling into and out of the Denver airport, there is a public shuttle that you can use to get between the Denver and Colorado Springs airports. (See bottom of this post.)
The cost of the shuttle between Colorado Springs and the Awakening Together Retreat House is $75 per person each way, $150 round-trip. Reservations are required.

Sunday, August 10th
Pick up at Colorado Springs Airport at 3pm (Arrive La Veta about 4:45pm)
Saturday, August 16th
Drop-off at Colorado Springs Airport about 9:45am (Leave La Veta at 8am)
If you’d like to arrive at the Retreat House earlier or stay longer after the retreat by booking additional nights, please contact us to check room availability and ask about shuttle options.
Awakening Together Delayed Flight Policy
We will provide you with the shuttle driver’s phone number in advance. If your flight is delayed, it is your responsibility to notify the shuttle driver & keep them informed regarding your new arrival time. If your flight is more than one hour late, we may not be able to accommodate you. If that is the case, we will refund 50% of the cost of that shuttle ride. If this happens, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to the Retreat House.
Departing Flight Times
At the end of your stay with us, we recommend booking your departing flight for at least 90 minutes after our estimated drop-off time. For example, if we expect to drop you off at Colorado Springs Airport around 9:45 a.m., your flight should be scheduled no earlier than 11:15 a.m.
If you fly into/out of Denver
If you are flying into and out of Denver, you can get to the Colorado Springs airport via the Groome Transportation Shuttle, and then take the AT Shuttle from there. Be sure to reserve a Groome shuttle that will get you to the Colorado Springs airport in time to catch the AT Shuttle on arrival, and reserve a Groome shuttle that will depart Colorado Springs after the AT Shuttle drops you off. Careful coordination of flight times with shuttle schedules will be required.
