In this video, Regina leads us through an awareness-based meditation using mantra (holy words) as an intuitive tool. Three mantras are used during this meditation. The mantras help decrease mental chatter so there is increased focus on awareness.
The mantra meditation is a 1-hour eyes-closed meditation, which can be increased to 2+ hours. You’ll find instructions for increasing the meditation beyond one hour at the end of the meditation video/audio.
