About John Mark:
A single unexpected moment in his mid 20’s left him with a vast sense of emptiness.
He would spend the next 15 years immersed in worldly activity, trying in vain to fill this emptiness. His “normal” life of businessman, husband, and father had all the hallmarks of great success. But that vast emptiness keep haunting him. Finally, in 2007, he was compelled by some greater force to sell his business and begin the inward search for the true peace and happiness that had always eluded him. Almost immediately he was swept up in a tidal wave of Grace. For a man used to control and responsibility, it was particularly unsettling that these miracles began to move and direct his life into uncharted waters.
In 2009, he was guided to “A Course in Miracles.” Instinctively, he knew this was what he had been searching for. It was as though it had been written just for him. A Course in Miracles led him to the direct experience of God’s limitless Love and Perfect Peace.
Retreat Schedule
The retreat will begin at 9am on Monday and end by 5pm on Friday.
Retreat Fee: $750
(lodging not included)
$250 non-refundable deposit

The retreat fee includes all meals beginning with dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Saturday. There may be one optional dinner out if desired.
The remaining payment balance will be due by May 7, 2025. If space is still available, registration will close on June 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET with full payment at time of registration.
Please note that lodging is separate from the retreat fee. The Retreat House has a limited number of rooms available. There are also local options within walking distance to the Retreat House. Are you traveling to La Veta? If you are attending an in-person retreat in La Veta, please be aware that the layout of the Retreat House requires participants to climb stairs several times a day. Please contact us to discuss any physical or mobility limitations and any health restrictions (e.g., heart and lung) prior to registering, so we can make sure we are able to accommodate your needs.
