Participants came together to discuss the Live Satsang that occurred the previous night with Louise Kay. The purpose of this Sangha is to share what was most impactful, hear from others about what they took away, and deepen into the teaching from the previous day’s Satsang interview.
Louise Kay shared the story of her journey from Lancaster UK as an English teacher, to India where she experienced a profound spiritual awakening. She points to direct teachings of being interested in what is looking more than anything and the importance of the intention to know Self (which she makes abundantly clear IS what is looking) no matter what. In Louise’s gentle way, she reminds us that forgetting and resistance are gifts of learning, and our own prayers for true seeing are answered. All of which is used for the healing of the One Mind. She invites us to find out the Truth for ourselves. She assures us that that Truth is in us right now, perfect and untouched. That is in fact the very source of what is calling us inward, inviting us home by looking for ourselves at the direct experience of being Aware.
Louise now holds group events and retreats online and around the world. Her passion is to sit together in presence and hold gentle, unconditionally loving space for all emotions, all sensations, and all experiences which arise in the moment in order to support the integration of unresolved energies and allow the unfolding of the divine in all who feel the call.
