We invite you to attend this exciting new program that is held on Tuesdays at 5:45-6:30 pm ET. The Group Awareness Contemplation program provides an opportunity for participants to share a group experience of Awareness.
Regina introduced the Group Awareness Contemplation practice at our recent Loving Consciousness, Loving All Retreat. This practice is powerful, joyful, enlightening and encourages an Awareness based meditation practice. The basic instruction for the practice is that participants get centered and describe, out loud, how awareness appears to them. For example, “Awareness is silent. Awareness notices bird sounds. Awareness is gratitude, etc.” Each person spends about a minute or less, describing their experience, then the next person shares their experience. Regina provides further instruction at the beginning of each week’s program.
