Rev. Jay discussed how we are taught that in our willingness, we extend help in the healing process more than we know. Be not concerned with your worldly role of either “leader” or “follower” in the work, rather the inner path of peace is the focus, filled with the love and joy of God within, the True Self.

when you listen to your own thoughts.
Have gratitude for the stillness
as you rest an instant there.
In this practice,
you rest in wait for Me,
and I shall come to meet you there.
